Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director writer, producer, and teacher in St. Thomas University. Her father is from Britain and her mother is an "Turkish Cypriot-English expat." Anna's earliest memories of attending rehearsals for play and watching her mother's her job. She appeared in many commercials as a young child. Then, in November 1999 Anna relocated to Toronto in order to further develop her acting career, eventually making the move in Los Angeles, California, in the following decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They got engaged in 2009 after getting married. They were married with a civil ceremony on December and they renewed their vows at the form of a Jewish celebration in Fredericton in April 2011, in the wake of Anna's conversion into Judaism.
